As a Team Lead, Augustas focuses on placing quantitative developers and software engineers across trading technology-covering C++, Java, Python, and front-end roles. At Oakland he mainly partners with top-tier buy-side teams, including hedge funds, market makers, and HFTs. With a background in Business and English Literature (he wrote his dissertation on The Lord of the Rings), Augustas has always had a tech forward, slightly nerdy streak.
