About the Role
Oakland Search has partnered with a digital asset company grounded in the principles of traditional finance with innovative digital solutions.
As a Lead Quality Assessor, you will be a driving force in upholding the quality standards of our partner's digital asset operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess and improve processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across the board.
This opportunity is located in either NYC or Miami.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance, risk management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology.
Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
Leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Compensation
A six figure salary is on offer.
