As a Lead Developer, you will be at the forefront of our technology division, guiding a team of skilled developers to design, build, and maintain advanced software solutions that power our quantitative trading strategies. Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in software development, including leadership responsibilities.
Proficiency in Java.
Experience with quantitative finance, trading systems, or related fields is advantageous.
Compensation
The compensation for this position ranges from £100k to £150k as a base salary, with a guaranteed bonus.
