We're seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Engineering to play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape and leading the companies talented team of Engineers to drive their initiatives to new heights. You'll establish quality assurance processes, coding standards, and testing methodologies to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software.
Requirements
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (8+ years) in software engineering, including experiences in leadership or management roles.
Experienced in working in the field of FinTech and web3 industries.
Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to fintech solutions.
Compensation
Salaries are between $200k and $250k (tax-free in Dubai) with sizeable equity and bonus offered.
