Requirements
Strong expertise in FPGA development, including proficiency in hardware description languages (HDL) such as Verilog or VHDL
Experience in low-latency trading platforms or similar high-frequency environments
Deep understanding of hardware architectures and performance optimization techniques
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Familiarity with electronic trading systems and protocols
Knowledge of networking protocols and hardware acceleration techniques
Experience in developing market data feed handlers and order execution systems
Compensation
First-year compensation for this role ranges between $500k and $800k, reflecting the value placed on top talent and the significant impact you will have on the organisation.
