About the Role
Oakland Search has a new opportunity with a tech-oriented private equity company, an industry-leading investor. The company has a focused portfolio of over 45+ software services firms and have proven to have rapid growth yearly.
As a Data Engineer, you will be a key player in harnessing the power of data to unlock actionable insights for their portfolio of software and service companies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and availability. The company uses set languages Python, AWS and SQL, so we are looking for someone who has experience and thorough knowledge of it.
Requirements
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3+ years professional experience in software engineering.
Strong proficiency in Python, AWS, SQL.
Experience with private equity, finance, or investment-related data is advantageous.
Compensation
Compensation will be £80k - £130k salary + 50% performance-based bonus.
