We are currently seeking skilled and ambitious C++ software engineers to join their dynamic core team. As a C++ software engineer in this role, you will be immersed in a wide range of electronic and algorithmic trading projects. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects, including core trading systems, backtesting engines, trading engines, tick data management, exchange simulators, and trading gateways. Leveraging your expertise in latency-sensitive C++ development on Linux, you will see projects through their entire lifecycle, from conception to implementation.
Collaboration is key in this role, and you will work closely with diverse teams across the firm, including quantitative analysts/developers, traders, operations, and support. Your strong communication skills will be instrumental in ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.

Requirements
Strong proficiency in C++ development with a focus on low latency
Experience with Linux-based development
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Background in electronic and algorithmic trading systems

Compensation
First-year compensation for this role ranges between £200k and £500k, reflecting the value placed on top talent and the significant impact you will have on the organisation.
