Harsha Dharmana

Harsha Dharmana is Director – APAC at Oakland Search. He's focused on building long-term relationships across the trading technology  space throughout Asia-Pacific.

Originally from the UK, Harsha has spent the last 15+ years working across Hong Kong and Asia, partnering with some of the world’s leading quant trading, prop trading firms and technology teams.

Prior to joining Oakland Search, he co-built one of APAC’s leading trading technology recruitment businesses.

Now based in Bali with his family, outside of work Harsha is obsessed with padel, enjoys training in the gym, and is passionate about all things health, recovery and performance. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
