JOSH SCHELVIS

Josh spent 3 years sourcing top engineering talent for quantitative hedge fund clients. He was then headhunted by a Senior Partner at GSA Capital to lead their Technology Recruitment function.
During his 6 years, he was responsible for over 40 engineering hires and helped staff the spin-out of XTX Markets. Josh helped build out recruitment strategies, interview processes, campus programmes and assisted in talent retention.
